Four years ago, Google was the first company that adopted an AI-first strategy, gradually transitioning away from the mobile-first approach, which dominated much of the last two decades and is still the focus of many technology-forward companies today. Since then many of the tech giants agreed and followed in their footsteps. With the meteoric rise of AI in the past few years, the question of “How to build a successful AI-first company?” becomes more interesting and relevant than ever.
We have invited a stellar panel of VCs and founders who have seen first-hand many AI startups or built one themselves to discuss this topic. Specifically, we will explore the following questions.

What does your startup need to build a successful AI-first strategy?
What are some of the insights and hard-earned lessons?

The speakers
Vy Le is the Co-founder and General Partner of Do Ventures. She is an innovative serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in operations and keen insights into the Vietnam market. In 2010, Vy founded Chon.vn and served as CEO, developing the platform into one of the most popular online fashion shopping centers in Vietnam. In 2014, she exited Chon.vn to Vingroup, the largest private conglomerate in Vietnam. She then served as the CEO of Vingroup's e-commerce subsidiary, Adayroi.com, and successfully scaled the company from scratch to reach a few hundred million USD in revenue. Vy graduated as Valedictorian from Georgetown University (United States). She holds Bachelor's degree in Finance.
