Dr. Luong pioneered the field of deep learning for machine translation and built state-of-the-art models in both language and vision. Dr. Luong has also been co-leading the development of Bard Multimodality since 2022 and is the principal investigator of the AlphaGeometry project that solves Olympiad-level geometry problem. Recently, he led his team to the first silver-level medal win at IMO 2024. He holds a PhD from Stanford University.

He is also dedicated to fostering the tech community in Vietnam, co-founding VietSeeds, a scholarship program, and VietAI, an educational project. In 2017, he was recognized as one of Silicon Valley's "40 Under 40".

Wendy Nguyen is the President of the Rethink Health Care Foundation, an organization dedicated to creating solutions for a new healthcare ecosystem.She is also a founding member of Stanford Biosecurity and Pandemic Preparedness, focusing on combating infectious diseases.Wendy holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Master in Healthcare Management from the University of California, San Francisco.
